Conflicts Advisor
We are working with a top-tier international Law Firm to hire a Conflicts Advisor to join their team in London and work - in collaboration with the business - to ensure best practice across the Firm.
This is a great opportunity to support a Conflicts Manager in setting and implementing conflicts policies and procedures to a high standard, to support the conflicts team by providing training, assisting with conflicts issues - serving as a point of escalation for more complex conflicts escalations - and to get involved in (and manage) projects which have a wider impact on the firm.
To apply for this role you should have some or all of the following competencies:
- Strong project and team management skills
- The ability to confidently engage and communicate with stakeholders
- The ability to confidently provide internal training
- Experience in a Senior Conflicts Analyst role (or similar)
- A strong working knowledge of SRA and regulatory guidance on Conflicts and Confidential information rules
- Experience using Intapp (Essential)
- Experience drafting/reviewing policies
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
