Conflicts Advisor

We have an exciting new position for a Conflicts Advisor in an International Law Firm. Our client is looking for a seasoned professional with considerable experience in conflict roles within a law firm. Experience with Intapp is advantageous but non-essential. This position is based in Leeds.

In this position, you will report to the Conflicts Manager and work with legal and commercial conflicts, conflicts of interest and information barriers.

Some responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance audits of conflict search, process results and feedback
• Analyse potential legal and commercial conflict/confidentiality issues
• Update processes and procedures, such as onboarding, for efficiency and compliance with regulatory changes and Firm policies
• Analysing the Firm's client and matter-base
• Report issues to partners and fee earners
• Train and mentor Conflicts Assistants
  
  

The perfect candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office Software, has strong organisational and analytical skills, a keen eye for detail and confident communication skills.
