Compliance Analyst

We are working with an international law firm to recruit a Compliance Analyst to join their centralised business intake team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in the firm’s risk and compliance operations, supporting client onboarding, conducting conflict checks, and ensuring the firm meets its regulatory and professional obligations. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive team environment.

The firm is looking for a candidate with at least two years’ experience in legal compliance at an international law firm, with a strong background in AML and conflicts management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collecting and reviewing client due diligence for new clients and matters
• Conducting detailed research using corporate databases, company registries, and screening tools
• Advising fee earners on source of funds for transactional matters
• Carrying out client and matter risk assessments using Intapp
• Performing conflict searches, analysing results, and assisting with resolution
• Managing incoming compliance queries and providing clear, practical guidance

The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience using Intapp Open and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels will be key.
