About the Role
We are working with a leading law firm to hire a Conflicts Analyst in London. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in a newly established risk and compliance function, working closely with the Director of Risk and Compliance to manage complex escalations.
The firm is looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in conflict resolution within a legal environment who is comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy.

The responsibilities will include:
- Managing conflict escalations from the onboarding team once initial checks are complete.
- Conducting detailed conflict analysis and providing strategic solutions or recommendations.
- Engaging directly with partners to discuss legal, commercial, and contractual conflicts of interest.
- Handling conflict waivers and ensuring all resolutions align with firm policy.
- Reviewing and sense-checking budgets within the compliance framework.
