Recruitment Resourcer

We are looking for ambitious and motivated people to join our growing recruitment business in the role of Recruitment Resourcer.

You might be a graduate looking to start a rewarding career, or you might be seeking a career change and a fresh challenge. You do not need previous recruitment experience to apply. We hire on potential, attitude and values, and we will teach you everything you need to know from day one.

Instead, you will have the chance to develop your skills, take ownership of your work, and carve out a meaningful role within the business as we grow together.

What will your role involve?

• Sourcing, screening and registering candidates using job boards and LinkedIn.
• Assessing candidate experience, skills and motivations to identify suitable opportunities.
• Formatting CVs into our house style and uploading them to client portals.
• Supporting consultants with writing and posting job adverts.
• Coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates and HR teams.
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of conversations and activity in our applicant tracking system.
• Developing specialist knowledge in our niche area, law firm risk and compliance.
