What will your role involve?
- Sourcing, screening and registering candidates using job boards and LinkedIn.
- Building relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, sharing market insight and taking a consultative approach.
- Assessing candidate experience, motivations and skills to match them with suitable roles.
- Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates through preparation and feedback.
- Managing offers, including salary and benefits discussions, and ensuring a smooth process.
- Keeping accurate records of activity and conversations in our applicant tracking system.
- Developing deep knowledge of our niche, law firm risk and compliance.

What are we looking for?
- Experience in recruitment, sales or estate agency is helpful but not essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A good moral compass. We are not interested in aggressive or sharky sales styles.
- Critical thinking and good judgement, with a calm and thoughtful approach to problem-solving.
- High emotional intelligence and an interest in understanding what motivates people.
- A long-term mindset with ambition and a desire to build a successful career.
- Self-motivation, resilience and a proactive work ethic.
- A personable nature and enjoyment of speaking to new people.
- A team-first attitude and willingness to celebrate the success of others.
