- Conduct firm wide new business and lateral hire conflicts checks, including the analysis and resolution
- Applying relevant EMEA, Asia and US conflict rules, waiver, walls and general ethics rules on a weekly basis
- Communicating with partners, laterals and staff regarding conflict check results and any missing information or discrepancies from the request, validating the requirements for the conflicts check with stakeholders
