A global law firm is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their amazing team in London. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with a legal background and with bonus points for experience in data protection law.
The primary focuses are managing the lifecycle of the Firm's supplier contracts, being responsible for the operational upkeep of the bespoke contract management system and managing deadlines relative to supply chain contracts.

The primary focuses are managing the lifecycle of the Firm's supplier contracts, being responsible for the operational upkeep of the bespoke contract management system and managing deadlines relative to supply chain contracts.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with internal stakeholders on key requirements and timelines for execution, renewal and termination of supplier agreements
- Guiding internal stakeholders with proposed terms and associated risks
- Advising on the newest optimum practices for supplier due diligence process, with the maintenance of up-to-date questionnaires
- Supporting the continued development of the contract management system
- Management and maintenance of the procurement matter intake mailbox.
- Encouraging the usage of the contract management system and the procurement system
- Aiding and conducting the training programme for procurement systems and disciplines
- Reviewing and negotiating supplier agreements
