About the Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for someone keen to start their career in compliance. Our client is a well-respected national law firm seeking a Compliance Administrator to join them in Peterborough.

This role is perfect for a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Law Graduate interested in taking their first steps into compliance. The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail and a desire to work collaboratively.

Some key responsibilities:

  • Perform electronic identification checks against individuals and organisations according to the Company’s AML requirements
  • Communicate with and support fee earners and external clients
  • Advise the wider company on ID requirements and ensure documents are saved correctly
  • Check and ensure matters on the new matters list are compliant for AML purposes
  • Maintain the Compliance Inbox

They’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and a high level of attention to detail. Clear and professional communication is key, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
