Risk Contract Lawyer

We are working with a prestigious international law firm to hire a Risk Contracts Lawyer into their dynamic compliance team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in regulatory compliance within a high-performing, collaborative environment that supports professional growth.

Our client is looking for a qualified solicitor with a genuine interest in legal risk and compliance, ideally with some experience of SRA regulation and a desire to build a career in this area.

The responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and updating internal documents, such as terms of business and engagement letters
• Assisting in the review of client engagement terms and Outside Counsel Guidelines
• Supporting regulatory horizon scanning and legal research
• Drafting internal risk-related documents and updates
• Contributing to training materials and sessions
• Maintaining risk registers and schedules
• Responding to risk queries from across the business

They are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team.
