Candidates should have hands-on experience managing conflicts and confidential information, and familiarity with AML/CDD processes is essential.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing information barriers and handling day-to-day queries related to conflicts and client onboarding
  • Performing CDD for new and existing clients
  • Compiling client and matter risk assessments and reviewing risk scoring
  • Ongoing monitoring of client activity and responding to high-risk queries
  • Supporting partner and fee earner training initiatives
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of AML regulations, best practices, and internal procedures
  • Managing AML information within the firm’s systems
  • Conducting research including sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media checks to assess client risk
  • Assisting with file audits as required

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and research skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be confident working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting, and able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
