About the Role
We are working with a world-renowned law firm representing high-net-worth individuals, to recruit an AML & Conflicts Analyst for their London office.
In this role, you’ll support the firm’s Compliance function, working closely with senior compliance professionals including the MLRO, MLCO, and COLP. You’ll be involved in a wide range of compliance matters across the business, helping to ensure regulatory standards are met while contributing to the firm’s commitment to excellence. The firm is looking for a candidate with at least three years’ experience in legal compliance and strong knowledge of client onboarding, conflicts, AML, and data protection obligations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the shared compliance inbox and escalating queries as needed
- Supporting policy reviews, risk assessments, and record keeping
- Conducting conflict searches and facilitating the resolution of potential issues
- Assisting with client due diligence, sanctions checks, and enhanced due diligence
- Reviewing contracts and identifying potential compliance risks
- Contributing to firmwide compliance projects, audits, and monitoring
- Maintaining awareness of regulatory developments and assessing their impact on the firm
