Conflicts Analyst

We are working with a leading US law firm to hire a Conflicts Analyst in London. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing conflict reports, analysing new business and lateral checks, and ensuring data within the firm’s conflicts system is accurate and up to date. The firm is looking for someone with prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment, ideally with knowledge of Intapp Open, and who has developed strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

The responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and finalising conflict check reports to be distributed to lawyers and other stakeholders
• Analysing new business and lateral conflict checks, including advisory, NDA, and transactional matters
• Liaising with lawyers and staff to clarify and validate conflict check requirements
• Obtaining guidance to ensure accurate evaluation of conflict checks
• Researching corporate entities involved in conflict reviews using online databases and other sources

The firm is seeking candidates who are highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicators with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
