Compliance Analyst

We are working with a leading US law firm to hire a Compliance Analyst. This is a particularly exciting role, as it’s a dual AML and conflicts position within a newly formed & soon to be expanding London team, working closely with the firm’s AML Manager.

The role itself offers fantastic variety - you’d gain exposure to multinational clients, listed entities, and financial institutions, while supporting client onboarding, preparing CDD packs, and handling high-level conflict checks and waivers work under US ABA & UK SRA regulations. It’s a great chance to work on international matters and build on both AML and conflicts experience in a well-established, forward-thinking firm.

The firm is looking for someone with at least three years’ experience in business intake, client due diligence, or conflicts, ideally gained within a law firm or professional services environment.

The responsibilities will include:

• Managing client and matter onboarding requests and ensuring all related compliance checks are completed accurately and efficiently
• Supporting AML and client due diligence processes in collaboration with the AML Manager
• Working closely with fee earners and staff across the firm to maintain high service standards
• Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of business intake processes and policies

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised, with excellent communication and analytical skills and a strong commitment to client service and teamwork.
