About the Role

We are working with a leading UK-based professional services firm to hire a Conflicts Analyst in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected organisation that offers the chance to work closely with both accountancy and legal teams. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in safeguarding the firm’s reputation by ensuring client relationships meet the highest ethical and regulatory standards. The firm is looking for someone with proven experience in conflict checking, ideally within an accountancy environment, and strong knowledge of managing complex stakeholder relationships. This position offers flexibility with just one day a week in the office.

The responsibilities will include:

• Enhancing and maintaining the firm’s conflict-of-interest policies

• Collaborating across service lines to shape tailored conflict-checking processes

• Conducting regular conflict checks for new and existing matters

• Partnering with internal teams to resolve identified issues and ensure compliance

• Maintaining accurate records and preparing clear reports for senior leadership

• Supporting employee awareness and education around conflict management

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively at all levels. Strong IT proficiency and a collaborative mindset will be key to success in this role.
